SO YOU THINK YOU WANT A PUPPY

I only breed occasional litters, normally when I want a puppy for myself. Puppies I breed are very special to me and I only want what is best for them.

All of my puppies are sold with the a contract of sale. This is to protect the future well being of my puppies and also the breed as a whole.

All my breeding dog/bitches will have been Hip scored & Eye Tested. Testing is the ONLY way to make sure our dogs are free from hereditary diseases. The simple fact is if you don't test you don't know. Failures of any kind will not be bred from.

All my puppies are sold with their registrations endorsed not for breeding and not for export. The breeding restrictions will not be lifted on pet puppies at any time during their lives. It's a fallacy that a bitch needs to have puppies, and a dog need to sire.  Puppies sold for show/breeding will have endorsements lifted once they have been given a clear adult eye test certificate and had their hips scored by a veterinary surgeon. The export pedigree will not be lifted under any circumstances. This does not however affect visiting another country under the passport for pet's scheme

SO….if you are interested in a puppy firstly read about the breed to see if you think you are suited to have one.  Remember they are a breed which needs a lot of grooming, and like most dogs should not be left alone for long periods of time.

So if you think a Samoyed is the breed for you, then firstly please email me with some information about yourselves. . If you have children, I have no problems with you having a puppy providing your children have been taught or you are prepared to teach them how to behave and handle puppies and dogs correctly. And with this in mind I ask that you bring your children with you when you visit, so that I can see for myself how they behave around the puppies and my adult dogs.  I will never sell puppies to people who keep them kenneled outside or those who will want to keep their dogs in cages for long periods of time, as these methods of puppy training to me are unacceptable, and mentally cruel.

Please note if I do not feel you are suitable to own one of my puppies, no matter how far you've travelled it is my right to refuse you one. I only want what will be best for my puppies, and my aim is to place them in the right homes. I am responsible for them being here, so finding the correct family environment is the least I can do for them.

All my puppies are reared in the house, will be KC registered, Micro-chipped, Wormed and have a 6 week Insurance on leaving my home. They will have had trips in the car and been used to all household noises and socialized with people and other dogs. They will be accustomed to playing outdoors and will have been well handled, bathed, groomed and had their nails cut from an early age. All will be fed on a fresh and natural RBM diet, which I strongly recommend is continued with. A full diet sheet and a supply of food will be provided, but it is important that you research the diet prior and in plenty of time before collecting your puppy. Further info is on the page "Feeding your Samoyed".

All new puppy owners will be given an Aleski puppy advice pack, and if you are new to the Samoyed I will give you instruction on grooming.

All my puppies are sold on the strict understanding that they be returned to me if at any time during the dog's life they find themselves in need of re-homing. A refund on the purchase price is not given after 6 months of age, but please be sure in such a case the dog will be kept by me until a suitable new home is found.

Please note that in all instances you must be prepared to come and collect your puppy. I do not do motorway meet ups, nor will I ever deliver a puppy to a dog show.

So if you still think a Samoyed is the breed for you, then please email me with some information about yourselves, your home life & working arrangements, your previous/current pets along with your vets name and address details at
